15 Types of High-risk Human Papillomavirus E6/E7 Gene mRNA
Product name
HWTS-CC005A-15 Types of High-risk Human Papillomavirus E6/E7 Gene mRNA Detection Kit (Fluorescence PCR)
Epidemiology
Cervical cancer is one of the most common types of female cancer worldwide, and its occurrence is closely related to human papillomaviruses (HPV), but only a small proportion of HPV infections can develop into cancer. High-risk HPV infects cervical epithelial cells and produces two oncoproteins, E6 and E7. This protein can affect a variety of cellular proteins (such as the tumor suppressor proteins pRB and p53), prolong the cell cycle, affect DNA synthesis and genome stability, and interfere with antiviral and antitumor immune responses.

Work Flow
Recommended extraction reagent: Macro & Micro-Test Viral DNA/RNA Kit (HWTS-3020-50-HPV15) by Jiangsu Macro & Micro-Test Med-Tech Co., Ltd. The extraction should be conducted strictly according to the instructions for use . The recommended elution volume is 50μL. If the sample is not completely digested, return it to step 4 for redigesting. And then test according to the instructions for use.
Recommended extraction reagent: RNAprep Pure Animal Tissue Total RNA Extraction Kit (DP431). The extraction should be conducted according to the instructions for use strictly (In the step 5, double the concentration of DNaseI working solution, that is, take 20μL of RNase-Free DNaseI (1500U) stock solution into a new RNase-Free centrifuge tube, add 60μL of RDD buffer, and mix gently). The recommended elution volume is 60μL. If the sample is not completely digested, return it to step 5 for redigesting. And then test according to the instructions for use.
