Epidemiology

Work Flow
Recommended extraction reagent: Macro & Micro-Test Viral DNA/RNA Kit (HWTS-3017-50, HWTS-3017-32, HWTS-3017-48, HWTS-3017-96) (which can be used with Macro & Micro-Test Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor (HWTS-3006C, HWTS-3006B)) by Jiangsu Macro & Micro-Test Med-Tech Co., Ltd. Add 200μL of normal saline to resuspend the pellet in step 2.1, and then the extraction should be conducted according to the instructions for use of this extraction reagent. The recommended elution volume is 80μL.
Recommended extraction reagent: QIAamp DNA Mini Kit (51304) or Macro & Micro-Test Viral DNA/RNA Column (HWTS-3020-50). Add 200μL of normal saline to resuspend the pellet in step 2.1, and then the extraction should be conducted according to the instructions for use of this extraction reagent. The extracted sample volume of samples are all 200μL, and the recommended elution volume is 100μL.
