Sample Requirements
This kit is suitable for nucleic acid extraction of different types of samples, mainly including human throat, nasal cavity, oral cavity, alveolar lavage fluid, skin and soft tissue, digestive tract, reproductive tract, stools, sputum samples, saliva samples, serum and plasma samples. Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided after sample collection.
Test Principle
This kit adopts silicone film technology, eliminating the tedious steps associated with loose resin or slurry. Purified DNA/RNA can be used in downstream applications, such as enzyme catalysis, qPCR, PCR, NGS library construction, etc.

Work Flow
Note: Make sure that the elution buffers are equilibrated to room temperature (15-30°C). If the elution volume is small (<50μL), the elution buffers should be dispensed into the center of the film to allow complete elution of bound RNA and DNA.
