Epidemiology
This kit provides a fast, simple and cost-effective method for viral DNA/RNA preparation, which is applicable to viral RNA and DNA of clinical samples. The kit adopts silicone film technology, eliminating the tedious steps associated with loose resin or slurry. Purified DNA/RNA can be used in downstream applications, such as enzyme catalysis, qPCR, PCR, NGS library construction, etc.

Work Flow
Note: Make sure that the elution buffers are equilibrated to room temperature (15-30°C). If the elution volume is small (<50μL), the elution buffers should be dispensed into the center of the film to allow complete elution of bound RNA and DNA.
