Excellent Performance & Wide Application
Easy Amp, by the technology of isothermal nucleic acid amplification is featured with high sensitivity and short reaction period without requirements for temperature changing process. Therefore, it has emerged as the most favored technology for rapid nucleic acid testing. Without complicated thermal cycling systems, a simple and portable isothermal amplification device can satisfy the entire reaction process.
Macro & Micro-Test has independently developed and launched the EasyAmp, a portable fluorescent isothermal amplification instrument for various applications.
Currently, the Easy Amp has been validated to be compatible with several isothermal amplification techniques: Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification(LAMP), Recombinase Polymerase Amplification (RPA/RAA/MIRA), Nucleic Acid Sequence Based Amplification(NASBA), and Helicase Dependent Amplification(HDA). It shall be another cutting-edge instrument for rapid nucleic acid testing with much wider applications.
· Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP): Amplification at 60-65°C with whole reaction process completed within 30 minutes. Seeing Figure 1 for its amplification principle:
